What to Expect As A Vendor At AnimalConUSA:

Early Setup: We allow vendors to setup on the Thursday evening before the event typically around 5-6pm (final instructions with be emailed one month prior to event.)

Connect With Your Target Audience In Person: Over the course of 3 days engage with thousands of animal-focused businesses, pet owners, and lovers of wildlife.

Influencers:  Bump into and meet the hottest animal content creators from social media and television and have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with influencers that can help to take your brand to the next level.

Animal Interactions: Just like our attendees, vendors also have the chance to enjoy unique opportunities to interact with amazing animals.

Expanded Vendors & Experiences: Have the opportunity to network with other brands and discover even more vendors.

Please note that by registering for a vendor booth at AnimalConUSA 2024, you are committing to a non-refundable participation fee. Once your booth is booked and confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or changes to event scheduling.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can affect your plans; hence, we recommend considering third-party purchase protection for additional peace of mind. This optional coverage is designed to protect your investment in the event that you're unable to attend the convention.
